Many of you may already have read my shouty posts about our maligned food system. Venting is all well and good, boy does it feels good, but often it’s just not enough. Sometimes feelings are so stirred that the vortex needs somewhere to go. It needs a project to create, a wrong to right, a dream to chase. Taking the firsts steps towards action is scary, exhausting and very exciting.
Will it be successful or fail miserably? What really matters is that we try. A good friend always says if it’s meant to be it will be and if not, something else will be. Except she says it in French and it sounds so much more eloquent, but that’s the general jist of it.
